We were recently contacted by a property management/realty company in the Cornelius area for a possible Squirrel and Raccoon problem in one of their foreclosed homes. In just a few short minutes it was very distinguishable that they had a problem, a BIG problem. This photo was just a drop in the bucket to the damage found in the attic space by both the Squirrels and Raccoons. Unfortunately all the insulation must be removed, the attic deodorized and disinfected, and then we will have to install the new insulation back to an R-38 value. This is what happens when there is no activity in a home for a while
